Booking Confirmation The reservation is confirmed only after payment of the specified amount. Accepted payment methods are: credit card and bank transfer. Any local taxes or additional charges will be clearly indicated before confirmation.

Cancellation Policy Free cancellation is available up to 90 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount. In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 4:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM Different times can be arranged in advance, depending on availability.

Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment but allowed outside. Parties or events are not permitted.

Privacy and Security Personal data provided will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.

Pets Pets are allowed upon request. Additional charges may apply.

Force Majeure In case of extraordinary events (e.g., natural disasters, health emergencies), Casetta 37 reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation.
